SPICEC MBSP 2023

Seberang Perai International Conference on Ecotourism and Conservation Efforts (SPICEC) is an international conference organized by MBSP.

The purpose of SPICEC is to create a medium for the tourism industry, government agencies and non - governmental agencies to share views and opinions in the eco - tourism industry and conservation efforts for the environment.

The first SPICEC event was held from 23rd to 25th November 2016 with the theme 'Mainstreaming Nature Conservation Through Eco Tourism'.
SPICEC 2018 was held from 8th to 9th October 2018 with the theme 'Promoting Local Economic Development (LED) Through Eco Tourism'.
For the year 2023, SPICEC is scheduled to be held from 4th to 5th October 2023 with the theme 'The Power & Aspiration Of Rivers'.
