Seberang Perai International Conference on Ecotourism and Conservation Efforts 2023 (SPICEC 2023) is 3rd international conference organized by MBSP focusing on the Ecotourism Efforts with the theme of "The Power & Aspiration Of Rivers" will be held on 4th to 05th October 2023 at The Light Hotel, Seberang Jaya, Penang. It aims to bring together global players in ecotourism industry in an international forum to share their ideas on the ecotourism that ensures environmental is balance and sustain.
