How to make reservations for Halls and Sports Complex?


Reservations can be made through the counters at MBSP's headquarter in Bandar Perda, Bukit Mertajam or through online at e - Tempahan System.

How many days are needed for applicants to reserve in advance before they can use the facilities?

Reservations must be made seven (7) days in advance before the date of intended use.
 
How do I apply for equipments for gotong - royong?

Applications can be made by writing officially to the Director of Urban Services of MBSP. The letter must consists of the following:
  • Date, Time and Venue of the gotong - royong activity
  • Types and numbers of equipment needed
  • Total number of participants involved in the gotong - royong activity
  • Telephone number of the contact person


The application letter must be received by MBSP 1 week before the activity.
 

Application can also be made online through Sistem Tempahan Gotong - Royong.
