PAY ASSESSMENT BILLS AND GET ASTRO DECODER FOR FREE (08/02/2006)

All rate payers who settle all the arrears and make payment for first half of the year are eligible to receive one unit of ASTRO decoder for free*(value at RM199). ASTRO promotion corner will be open from 8th Feb 2006 at all MPSP's counters at Butterworth, Bukit Mertajam and Nibong Tebal. Please bring along a copy of receipt. Altervatively a confirmation slip can be printed at MPSP's payment counter. (*ASTRO Decoder must be activated at address printed on assessment bills receipt, either property address or postal address. Installation costs and monthly subscription charges are not included. The offer is subject to terms and conditions and is valid until 30th April 2006.
