The Launching Ceremony Of "Structuring and Institutionalising Solid Waste Management" (20/01/2006)

United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) with State Economy Planning Unit (UPEN) and Federal Government has agreed to implement "Structuring and Institutionalising Solid Waste Management" project in Penang through MPSP and MPPP in solid waste management activities.

This project is scheduled to be implemented in 2 years (2006-2007) where MPSP has been chosen as a project launching and implementation site. The above function will be held on :-

Date : 23rd January 2006 (Monday)
Time : 2.00 p.m.
Place : Dewan Dato Hj. Ahmad Badawi

This ceremony will be launched by Dato' Dr.Teng Hock Nan, Penang State Exco Member.
