Complaints
Complaints can be submitted through the MyMBSP app, eADUAN and ASPIRE which can be downloaded via smartphone. Additionally, complaints can be emailed to aduan@mbsp.gov.my. Members of the public can also call 04 - 269 69 69 or go to MBSP Central Counter in person at the MBSP Headquarters. Complaint letters may be faxed to 04 – 538 9700 or mailed to :

The details of the complaint needed are as follows :
- Name of complainant.
- Email or Full Address of complainant for feedback.
- * Description of complaint.
- * Location of the complaint or landmark (which may help identify the location).
- Phone Number the complainant (for details of complaint if unclear).
