Rental Of Parking Lots (29/11/2007)

Those who wish to apply for rental of parking lots for the year 2008, can do so immediately. Approval will be given in 2 weeks after application.

Discounts will be given for parking lots leased for 3 months an more. Below is the leasing rates for various leasing durations.

Apart from that, several conditions are imposed as below:

1. No application charge will be imposed to all new applications (First Time).

2. Leasing must be renewed and paid at least a week before expiry date.

3. Penalty will be imposed if renewel is done past due date, which is RM5 for every late day until two (2) weeks only. Renewal after two (2) weeks will be considered as re-application and will be charged RM100 per application.

4. Charge fo re-application will be valid only for one year after the expiry date. Council will not approve any application from the same applicant for six (6) month.

5.Illegal use of parking lots will be given maximum compound.
